This balm looks like a grease, but it goes on like a creamy moisturizer. Many hair growth products smell bad, but this balm smells so good. I ordered the larger jar because my family loves it too. Don’t expect a magic wand instant result. My experience is that if you use it consistently, you will see results over time and you will be happy with it. Buy a jar, and give it time to work. Also, customer service is always great, and your product will arrive in a timely fashion.
