BeautyMe Returns & Refund Policy
At BeautyMe, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Because our products are made to order, preservative-free, and crafted in small batches for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
No Returns , Refunds or No chargeback of any kind are allowed when ordering you agree to this policy!
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no returns. By completing your purchase, you enter into this binding agreement.”

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of our made-to-order, preservative-free products.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at [ thebeautymebrand@gmail.com ] within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
Once your damage claim is verified, we will send a replacement for the damaged item(s). We do not offer refunds for damaged products but will provide an exchange for the same product.
No Exchanges for Other Products
Exchanges will only be issued for the same item that was damaged during shipping. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order and shipping information before checkout, as BeautyMe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
By placing your order with BeautyMe:

- You understand we will only exchange products if they arrive damaged, with proof provided within 48 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
